When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor water in fuel sensor, circuit high and fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
16205 Possible Causes:
16205 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

- Inspect all the connections cooling bypass valve, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
