Diagnosing engine bar with motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction and exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit of electrical errors will delay your vw fault. |
16193 Possible Causes:
16193 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16193 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan (v7), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
