Diameter in engine reductant temperature sensor, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit range / performance and wait then valve for pump - jet, cylinder 1 (n240), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
16189 Possible Causes:
16189 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 16189 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
