Staring in engine injector control pressure sensor, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+ and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor a, circuit error message from engine controller is the final reason of the code. |
16183 Possible Causes:
16183 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16183 Code
- Inspect all the connections system too lean at higher load, bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
