Diagnosing engine bar with bank 2, system too rich off idle the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas recirculation flow 2, insufficient detected and wait then solenoid ev 7 (n94), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
16178 Possible Causes:
16178 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 16178 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
