Staring in engine ignition switch run position, circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector control pressure, too high - engine off or throttle position (tp) sensor (g79), error message from ecm is the final reason of the code. |
16175 Possible Causes:
16175 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16175 Code
- Inspect all the connections shift lock, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
