Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system please check dtc memory of instrument panel ecu or automatic glow time control relay 2, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
16161 Possible Causes:
16161 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 16161 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
