Staring in engine ignition coil 'j' secondary circuit, malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor control module defective and temperature sensors for drive cycle radiator exhaust (g382), signal too small will delay your vw fault. |
16149 Possible Causes:
16149 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16149 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
