The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault please check dtc memory of instrument cluster It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit / open . So for next exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |

16136 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
