The problem is about exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
16133 Possible Causes:
16133 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 16133 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
