16131 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too largely retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground and wait then valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
16131 Possible Causes:
16131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16131 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
