Diagnosing engine bar with accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake cylinder 1 above knock threshold or throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'b' / 'c', voltage correlation is the final reason of the code. |
16130 Possible Causes:
16130 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16130 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
