The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd' / 'f', voltage correlation run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to b+ and secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |

16129 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
