16128 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'e' primary control, short to plus and wait then intake air heater "a", circuit is the final reason of the code. |
16128 Possible Causes:
16128 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16128 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
