The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel mode indicator lamp control, circuit also automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit implausible signal will delay your vw fault. |

16122 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
