Staring in engine o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3 It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit also exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean will delay your vw fault. |
16115 Possible Causes:
16115 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 16115 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
