Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel pump, electronics faulty retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start hydraulic pressure sensor 2 adaptation at limit or change exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit of electrical errors is the final reason of the code. |
16101 Possible Causes:
16101 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16101 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for torque support mount, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
