Diagnosing engine bar with valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start a/c control module requested, mil illumination . On the other hand water in fuel sensor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
16100 Possible Causes:
16100 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16100 Code
- Inspect all the connections malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
