Accumulated in electronic control units so please check dtc memory of transmission ecu to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so control module 2 for cooling fan, faulty you can see the coolant degassing valve, control circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
16096 Possible Causes:
16096 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16096 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "a", low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
