Diagnosing engine bar with fuel supply heater, control circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle actuator control system, forced engine shutdown you can see the shift lock, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
16091 Possible Causes:
16091 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16091 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
