Staring in engine data bus powertrain, missing message from diagnostic interface-control module retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cylinder 11 above knock threshold . On the other hand butterfly valve drive 2 (g296) of electrical errors in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code. |

16084 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
