16078 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbocharger control module 1, missing message to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground and wait then o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
16078 Possible Causes:
16078 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 16078 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
