The problem is about torque management request input signal b, high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground you can see the engine torque reduction, fault is the final reason of the code. |
16074 Possible Causes:
16074 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 16074 Code
- Inspect all the connections interference in mechatronic module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
