16068 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit range / performance . So for next reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
16068 Possible Causes:
16068 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16068 Code
- Inspect all the connections generator shut-off, open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
