The problem is about ignition coil 'g' primary control, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil 'k' secondary circuit, malfunction or change exhaust gas recirculation flow, excessive detected is the final reason of the code. |
16064 Possible Causes:
16064 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 16064 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
