16063 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so cylinder 2 above knock threshold causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit high also fuel pump "b" control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
16063 Possible Causes:
16063 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16063 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
