Diameter in engine oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit or exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak is the final reason of the code. |
16056 Possible Causes:
16056 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16056 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
