When you open exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more shift up/down wire, short to b+ . So for next injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
16046 Possible Causes:
16046 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 16046 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
