16043 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing charge pressure fan relay (j712), open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of adr control module and wait then exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak is the final reason of the code. |
16043 Possible Causes:
16043 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 16043 Code
- Inspect all the connections automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
