16041 Description And Summary : |

When you open ignition coil 'e' primary control, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic and data bus powertrain, missing message from clutch control is the final reason of the code. |
16041 Possible Causes:
16041 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16041 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
