16040 Description And Summary :

When you open cam shaft position sensor (g40), signal outside of the tolerance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit of electrical errors or injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit will delay your vw fault.

16040 Possible Causes:

16040 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
