16031 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit high or change fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
16031 Possible Causes:
16031 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 16031 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
