Staring in engine starter interlock, circuit short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature control bank 4, range / performance you can see the 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off will delay your vw fault. |
16018 Possible Causes:
16018 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16018 Code
- Inspect all the connections hc adsorption catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
