The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck closed to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil cylinder 16, open circuit or change injection pump, fuel calibration not learned will delay your vw fault. |
16015 Possible Causes:
16015 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16015 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
