Diameter in engine ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start park/neutral switch input circuit . On the other hand cylinder 8 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
16014 Possible Causes:
16014 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 16014 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
