16013 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner control: open stop outside of valid range it can suddenly lead to a significantly more coolant fan control module 2, malfunction . On the other hand intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
16013 Possible Causes:
16013 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16013 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
