16008 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed injector control pressure, too low - engine cranking and exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
16008 Possible Causes:
16008 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 16008 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
