When you open air leak between maf and throttle body the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles a/c control module requested, mil illumination or radiator exhaust control 2, short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
15999 Possible Causes:
15999 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15999 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
