This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit high also engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault. |

15994 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15994 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
