15976 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault glow plug indictor light (k29), malfunction message from instrument cluster mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit / open and wait then ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
15976 Possible Causes:
15976 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15976 Code
- Inspect all the connections control of valves pump / nozzle, electrical errors in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
