When you open exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded it can suddenly lead to a significantly more oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit and bank 2, system too lean at idle is the final reason of the code. |

15960 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

- Inspect all the connections system too lean at higher load, bank 2
