Diameter in engine exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit low or change powertrain data bus, missing message from steering angle sensor is the final reason of the code. |
15948 Possible Causes:
15948 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 15948 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
