This something to do with the intake camshaft timing direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 3/4 lambda probes after kat exchanges also leak in air intake system will delay your vw fault. |

15948 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 15948 Code
- Inspect all the connections steering angle signal, error message from steering angle sensor
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
