The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to high and torque management feedback signal "b", range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
15943 Possible Causes:
15943 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 15943 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 2)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
