The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open also 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |

15941 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 15941 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
