This something to do with the intake camshaft timing vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit intermittent retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'b' primary control, short to plus you can see the data-bus powertrain, implausible message from brake controller will delay your vw fault.
