Staring in engine secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to b+ and wait then reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
15844 Possible Causes:
15844 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 15844 Code
- Inspect all the connections barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
