The problem is about fuel pump 2 circuit, electrical malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded or change exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly is the final reason of the code. |
15843 Possible Causes:
15843 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 15843 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
