Diagnosing engine bar with intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck closed retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start crankshaft position signal output, circuit high and direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
15828 Possible Causes:
15828 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 15828 Code
- Inspect all the connections change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
