15771 Possible Causes:
15771 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15771 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
