When you open engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'k' primary control, short to plus and wait then secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |
15731 Possible Causes:
15731 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15731 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pump control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
